"Drop-off was okay, but the instructions felt overlooked"
Dropping off the car with qeeq.com was fine overall, but it was more confusing than it needed to be. The address was correct, but once I got to the parking area, the signs weren’t very helpful and I ended up asking random people where to go.
After I finally found the staff, they checked the car quickly, so that part was okay. I had sent a message beforehand, but it kind of felt like nobody had actually read it, because I was still left figuring things out on my own. Simpler instructions would’ve made the whole thing a lot less stressful.

"Reservation was mostly right"
I booked a car through QEEQ, and when I got to the counter, most of the reservation matched up. Pickup time was right. Car class too. They did seem a little confused about one extra I added online, though. Took a bit to sort out, but it was fine in the end. Not a bad experience, just something I’d double-check next time.

I booked a car through qeeq.com and, it was a smooth experience. The steps were easy to follow, the price was shown clearly upfront, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed by a bunch of confusing options. The confirmation came through quickly too. I haven’t picked up the car yet, but the booking part was simple and stress-free. I’d use it again.

"Decent app, but does anyone else feel it needs a few fixes?"
I used the qeeq app to book a car for a weekend trip, it was okay overall. The prices seemed good to me, and the actual booking process was simple enough, so I was feeling positive at first.
That said, the app did feel slow at times, and it kept asking me to log in again, which got a little annoying. Maybe it’s just me, but I also found the insurance details kind of hard to read and understand on the smaller screen.
Pickup ended up going fine, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just feel like the mobile app still needs some polishing before I’d give it a higher rating, and I’m curious if other people ran into the same issues.

I booked it and then noticed the rate dropped a bit later, which I didn’t expect to matter. But the refund went through fine and wasn’t a whole hassle or anything. Nice little surprise tbh.

Qeeq was easy to use for booking. The prices looked really cheap at first, but once the extra fees showed up, it wasn’t quite as good of a deal as I expected. Still, it wasn’t bad value overall. I’d just say it’s worth checking a couple other sites before booking.

The payment itself went through fine, so no issue there. But getting the invoice took way longer than it should have, and it kind of felt like my questions about it were being ignored. Overall, the charge was okay, but the billing process was frustrating.

I booked my car through qeeq the deposit was the one thing sitting in the back of my mind. I’ve had trips where the car is fine, the pickup is fine, then somehow the deposit turns into a whole side quest. This time the amount was shown clearly before I paid, which already made me feel a bit better.
After I returned the car, I kind of forgot about it for a day or two, then checked and the hold had been released just like they said. No emails back and forth, no surprise charge, no mystery fee hiding in the corner. Easy experience overall, and yeah, I’d use them again...

When I got to the counter, the staff seemed a little unsure about the booking at first, so I had to wait and show my confirmation email again. In the end, the car was ready and there weren’t any major problems, but the process took longer than I expected. Based on the experience, I’d probably use it again if the price is good, but I’d allow a bit of extra time for pickup

I was feeling mentally drained when I came across them, so I didn’t have the energy to overthink everything. But they seem trustworthy enough, and I’d probably use them without worrying too much.

"Solid local rental choice"
I booked through qeeq and ended up getting the car from a local rental agency. I’d seen a few other people say they had a smooth experience with them, which made me feel better about trying it. The staff were friendly, the car was clean, and pickup was quick. Dropping it off was just as easy, and there weren’t any random extra charges at the end. Overall, I was happy with it and would probably use them again.

I booked a car through qeeq.com and, to be fair, the fees were laid out clearly before I paid. I appreciated not getting hit with some random surprise at checkout. A few of the smaller charges could’ve used a better explanation, though. The main thing that frustrated me was the waiting around during the process, it felt slower than it needed to be. Overall, it was fair and easy enough, just not as quick as I hoped.

I booked an SUV weeks ahead of my trip because we had kids and luggage to plan around, but when I got to pickup they told me they didn’t have anything like that available. They basically offered me a tiny car or said I could pay more for something bigger. Support took forever to respond and didn’t really help much. By that point I was already mentally drained and just frustrated that something I planned in advance turned into such a hassle

I booked a car and then, of course, my plans changed last minute. I was already getting annoyed thinking the cancellation was going to be a whole thing... but qeeq made it really easy. The refund details were clear, there was no drama, and I ended up being happy with how fair the process was.

I had a question about my booking and I was fully prepared to sit there refreshing my inbox like it was a life-or-death situation. But qeeq.com got back to me quickly, definitely faster than I expected. It wasn’t instant or anything, but it was totally decent. The answer was clear enough and got my issue sorted, so crisis officially averted.
